Comparison of Healthy Lifestyle Behaviors in Smoking And Non-Smoking Adults

چکیده
Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, sigara içen ve içmeyen erişkinlerde sağlıklı yaşam biçimi davranışlarının karşılaştırılmasıdır.
 Gereç Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı karşılaştırılmalı tipte olan bu çalışma Ekim-Aralık 2020 tarihleri arasında Türkiye‘de yer alan İstanbul Şanlıurfa şehirlerinde yaşayan 18-65 yaş arasındaki bireyler ile yapılmıştır. Örneklem seçimi yapılmayıp araştırmaya gönüllü 777 birey örneklemini oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın verileri “Kişisel Bilgi Formu” “Sağlıklı Yaşam Biçimi Davranışları Ölçeği II” kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde, tanımlayıcı testler, Ki- kare, Kruskal Wallis Mann Whitney U kullanılmıştır.
 Bulgular: Katılımcıların %70’i 18-35 aralığında olup %57’si kadın, %58.9’u bekâr, %74.9’u ise üniversite üstü eğitim düzeyine sahiptir. %38’i sigara, %17.9’u alkol kullandığını belirtmiştir. Sağlıklı II toplam puan ortalaması 124.22 ± 21.88 olarak bulunmuştur. Ölçeğin alt boyutlarından en düşük fiziksel aktivite yüksek puanı manevi gelişim boyutundan alınmıştır.
